Art, archaeology and cinema in the magic of S’Arcu ‘e is Forros.

On August 28 at the Nuragic site of S’Arcu ‘e is Forros there is Micromondi, Isole, archaeology and cinema between the shores. For the Sardinia Archeo Festival 2026, from 6 p.m. until night, three events will follow one another. Archaeology, contemporary art and cinema on the late August night to inhabit the site through new stories, voices and gazes. It starts with a thematic guided tour of the Nuragic cult complex, with the installation and narration of Tappinozio di Mezzaestate, by and with the artist from Lanusei Valerio Pisano. At 8 p.m. an aperitif is scheduled under the Gennargentu with a platter of local products. It continues at 9 p.m. with cinema under the starry sky.During the evening two short films will be screened: S’Ozzastru by Carolina Melis (Italy 2023), and Vitrum, il vetro dei romani – Rome's glass revolution (Italy 2025).
