For four days running Valerio Pisano, an artist from Lanusei, accompanied the literary festival in Gavoi. He displayed some of his work in the Hotel Taloro, a central point for authors and ‘intellectuals’ arriving at the ‘Island of tales’ festival. Lots of people were able to admire his exhibition called ‘Scent of the railings’ where Valerio Pisano has released his entire visionary irony fooling himself, and us, through his reinterpretation of everyday objects. More like Lewis Carroll than Andy Warhol, Valerio shows a deeper expressive maturity.
